ACI Gala Dinner A Success!
The Ascension Culinary Institute (ACI) is a program designed for teenagers and young adults to learn cooking techniques, while having fun in a safe environment. Each Friday evening a group of aspiring young chefs came to the church rectory at 6 PM and cooked for three hours. They learned to prep, sear, sauté, braise, make sauces, and slice and dice. ... Ascension Simple Suppers prayer service
The Ascension Simple Suppers prayer service is now meeting Wednesdays in Lent at 7pm in the Rectory dining room (enter at 221 W 107th St. to the left of the church main entrance).
