The Charismatic Group: Circle of Prayers

Our Spanish Prayer group (the Circle of Prayers) emphasizes a personal relationship with Christ, shaped by Bible study, prayer, worship, song, with special attention to the Holy Spirit. Contact person is Aurora Sanchez.

On June 16, 2007, the Charismatic Group celebrated their 30th Anniversary with a Solemn Mass at 6:15 p.m. at the Ascension Church. This Mass was concelebrated by Mons. Josu Iriondo, Bishop – Auxiliary of the Archdiocese of New York – Rev. John P. Duffell, Pastor, Rev. Sixto Quezada (Father Piro), Rev. Donald Johnston; Rev. Nelson Pichardo, Deacon Felipe Sing and Deacon Felix Morillo. The mass was followed by a reception in the gym where they served food.
